I may laugh in your face and smile through the pains but deep down are scars and traumas and only 1 man can heal them all and his name is Jesus Christ! The only perfect person, and thats who i go to for my therapy because I'm only human.
Its ok not to be happy everyday. Just make sure to Pray and seek God and cry unto our Father your day to day problems.
